I got a phone call from "Corporate Kioti" (not customer service) today in response to an e-mail I sent Kioti yesterday sharing my thoughts on the backhoe situation.
I very nice "corporate" woman assured me that the backhoes are officially in the port of Virginia. She anticipates dealer delivery in less than 2 weeks.
Kioti has had the busiest 2 months in their history.She also said the 25's and 30's are "on the water".

As always, a lot of contradictory information. This is common among every brand! Texas, Virginia, who know? Who cares? As long as they're in the USA SOMEWHERE! Can't be soon enough for me as I was ready for my backhoe the day I bought the tractor over two months ago! John

That's my worry. I'm hoping that they are caught up and this shipment is enough for all of us who are waiting.

hey, just hope its not like the NH guys who actually GOT their tractors, then when the Port of Baltimore realized they made some sort of error, would not release any more units until the ones in error were SENT BACK TO THE PORT!
Imagine the joy of seeing your new tractor coming down the driveway, then the heartbreak of watching it go back up the driveway the next day /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif! That's an aweful way to do business. Somebody needs to get their paperwork straight. Let's hope Kioti doesn't follow their footsteps!
