Price Check The right price for Kubota L4400HST ???

Hi Everyone,
Here's my first post. I am a real rookie. Bought 10 acres, building house and an alpaca ranch in Plant City, Florida. I have a quote from the local Kubota dealer on L4400HST
w/LA703A loader with quick hitch coupler and 72" bucket.
For $20,961.
Then adding
Land Pride Rotary Cutter (bushhog) 72 w/ slip clutch & tail wheel RCR1872-11-32 for $2,101
Land Pride Box Blade 72 w/ 7 shanks BB2572 for $1,202
Land Pride Disc Harrow 6? front & rear notched discs DH1572-01 for $1,800

Totals to $26,064 with 0% for 60mos gives me a payment of $434/month.

What does everyone think of these prices? What's the best way to get other pricing? I'd like to decide by end of this month and take advantage of the financing offer. Thanks in advance.

Sounds resonable for a 44HP HST Tractor. You could probably get him to come down 3 to 5 %

I think the tractor price sound OK. I looked at the 4400 back earlier in the year. Cant remember the exact quote, but it was real close.

I think the attachments are a bit steep. I would try to talk him down a bit, especially the box blade.

Not a price issue, but make certain you are getting a skid steer quick attach for the loader, easier to get other toys for it later. That way as you can use skid steer forks, buckets, etc.

You can get competitive quotes from Barlow's in KY and they ship to your door. Many TBN members have used them and they are held in high regard. Even if you don't buy from them, getting additional quotes will tell you if this deal is in the right ballpark. Here's the link. Good luck.
