Got about 6 to 8 " last night went out to clean this AM, after about an hour my Toro quit. To give credit where its due the snowblower is 17 years old has never given me a problem, all I've ever done is change oil and replaced the plug once. I had no intention of taking out the new tractor (L3710 Kubota with 682 loader) for this small amount of snow but now I decide to do so. My first time using it for any "work". Now I want snow every week. I now appreciate the amount of material this machine can handle. 6" to 8" of snow is when you think about plowing. That's just the beginning, my friend...

Even the smallest MFWD tractor can easily handle 6" to 8". When it gets that deep, that's when I make my first pass, normally...

But, you gotta love plowing snow! My favorite use of the ol' 790!
