I want to express my gratitude and thanks to all of you who have made TBN such a great resource...I bought a Kubota L4330 a few monthes ago and without all of the info on this site (this is my 1st tractor) I would have had a much steeper learning curve...so thanks much to all.

I am in the same situation (newbie, L3830, several months experience now) and second the above sentiment. Spraying, finish mowing, and harrowing were instructive for me.
