I failed to introduce myself when I joined a couple of weeks ago (poor manners) because I was having some hydraulic problems.
I'm glad to know y'all are out here and am looking forward to learning a lot about tractors in general and my 1967 Ford 2000 diesel specifically.
Incidentally, my first post was properly moved to the Vintage Tractor area by an alert moderator and I received several very, very helpful responses. (Again, this was my first post !)
So anyway - I'm Mike but my User Name is prctr. I live outside of Cleveland, Georgia on 20-some-odd acres, have a few horses and dogs and some old buildings. Only had the tractor a month or two when it was hijacked and damaged so it has only recently been put back "onlne" and so far, so good. A good running diesel engine is a sweet sound.
I am interested in learning what my tractor might be worth - not that I would actually sell the Grand Old Lady...LOL. I gave $3500 for it two years ago - it came with a bush hog.
Take Care and thanks again to everyone for being here to help the "Newbies." Looks like you have a great place here.
