Down to my lovable little red Mahindra with FEL, and backhoe.
As Mahindra owners and forum participants, I think we are extremely fortunate to have MUSA check in periodically, and we are extremely fortunate to have so many good Mahindra dealers regularly participating.

There aren't many products left in the world with this kind of support -- actually with any meaningful customer support!

Thanks to all of you.

I'll second that, knute m.

From what I have seen, heard, experienced over the past few years, IMO the Mahindra organization is a class act.

My local dealer is a prime example. On one of the only two times mine has been back to the dealer in three years, when I went to pick it up I found a minor unresolved issue. I spoke to the dealer about this and he was very upset to see that his techs had not completed the work as I had requested. At his suggestion, I left my traler on his lot while the tractor was being repaired instead of pulling it home. I had already hooked to the trailer when I saw the issue. He insisted I pull my empty trailer home and he would complete the work and deliver the tractor to my house the next day, which he did, an 80 mile round trip.

That's about as good as customer service gets in my book.

Thanks. That's actually a river. We live in the headwaters of a small impoundment that's a local water supply and they back water up in front of our property when at normal pool. We enjoy it.

I had a chance to meet MUSA yesterday in Seattle Wa. They held a Mahindra school for the day and we attended.I was really impressed with the mahindra crew, and it was nice to finally put a face to the voices I have been chatting with for 2 years now. Also musa is a very nice guy and comitted to his job, we chatted about TBN and I told him how important it was for him to chat with the mahindra owners. At the metting we were told that an online customer support would be up & running soon 24-7 Ernie

Thank you for the compliments. I do often monitor this site but you may not see a lot of posts from me as our dealers do such a great job responding on this site.
