terramite t5c mini backhoe

I've acquired a terramite t5c backhoe. I installed a new carburetor and fuel pump and the motor runs really well. when taking off there seems to be a whining noise from underneath. It goes down the road fine but whining has me concerned there might be something wrong. I've never had this type of equipment so maybe it's normal, I'm not sure. fluids look fine and toped off. any help would be appreciated.

The hydrostat pump produces some whine in normal operation.

On page 2.1, it shows the proper position of the boom and front loader to check the 15-40 engine oil used in the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic fluid will ruin the pump. Use only engine oil as specified.
