Temporary Hay shelter

Am looking for some temp shelter for a large crop of hay this year.
I was thinking of a anclosed trailer but a few people said it might not be a good idea for access.
I never tarped hay before, can a nice keep 1500 bales dry ??

Where does one find good tarps? Than I was think a flat bed trailer with tarps.

Looking for some input
