Little over a year ago I built my on arms. Something I would do again! Here is the original post...

But 1 year later I needed to make some upgrades. While I don't put as many hours on my tractor as some, They are generally hard hours with making trails, clearing small trees and such.
The tube I used was 12ga if I recall. Seemed about like the stock unit. But the banging has taken its toll. The end mount hole was getting wallered out. Also the holes for the pins were getting bigger to.
So I converted the end mounts to half inch and stuck a piece of tube in there. On the pin holes I put a piece of 1/8" flat bar on both sides. Little more grinding, little more paint and that outta do it!
