I am so sick of this junk tractor! Now I can't disengage the clutch on it. It feels like a pilot bearing dragging but I don't hear anything from it. I push the pedal and it just doesn't stop. I'm not even at 1000 hours yet and this thing is a 2007 model. It's been nothing but problems
I just checked the clutch adjustment and it's right. When I first got in it this morning it was hard to push the clutch then it went down. Now I just can't stop it.

After screwing with it for an hour I think the disc is rusted to the flywheel. I have fixed this before with pb blaster on big trucks where I could get to the thing but I can't find a way to get anything on this one without splitting it. Any ideas?
I got it. I got it in 12th gear and went tearing across the yard with the clutch down and kept hitting the brakes. I tried it in lower gears and it just wasn't working. That did. What a crappy design these things are. I just hate everything about this tractor!

I had a problem gettin the starter saftey swich to close to engage the starter when I first got it. What I found was there was a rubber bumper that was backing out and limited the clutch pedal travel. I took it out using a small socket and put it back with some Loctite on the threads, screwing it in with the socket. You have to find a socket that you can get on but tight enough to screw the bumper on. Look in the slot where the clutch pedal is and see if the bumper is coming out. It looks like a rubber stopper with a machine screw sticking out the back of the bumper.

WTA, how long had the tractor been sitting unused before you first discovered the clutch stuck? Days? Weeks?
