TD75 (Tool??)Box on Fender??

A NH TD75 open station at a local dealer has a regular plastic tool box mounted on the left rear fender, but on the right fender is another open metal box of some kind, with a weather-proof electrical jack mounted to it on a bracket. What do you suppose this box and connector is/was used for? The tractor is supposed to be a new/demo, 30 hours.

It looks to me like more of a bracket than a box -- maybe to hold a bale monitor --- maybe was used to demo a round baler...
