TC40D with loader & accessories (368hrs) for $13.5k - a "good" deal?

I just saw this ad:

New Holland TC40D Diesel Tractor

It is about an hours drive from my house. I am considering getting something in the 29-40hp range with a FEL. I noticed that I can pickup a brand new 30hp New Holland for $11.5 without a FEL.

You may be able to get him to come down a little, but I think it is a good price with the attachments included, providing everything checks out OK. Take a good look at the battery holder in the front of the radiator, they had problems with the early ones getting eaten up from battery acid. Hopefully jinman will reply he is an expert on these tractors in my opinion.

Unfortunately no; I couldn't get hold of the seller. He must have sold it quick. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
