tc40d timing marks for balance assembly

I recently had a problem with the balance assembly in a tc40d tractor that I am repairing. The housing for the balance assembly broke and the cam weights also broke with shafts being torn up. I have replaced these assemblies before on other deisel motors and know that they have to be timed. I do not have access to a service manual. Can someone please help me out if you have a manual. Thanks again to all the guys on here with all the great advice over the years..
