TC40D HST Peddles Sticking Under Load Only

I have a TC40D with HST Forward and Reverse peddles sticking. This only occurs when the tractor is pulling load. Any other time, no problem.

I have seen a number of posts on this subject but haven't seen any that makes sense with my issue.

Jim, that happened to me right after I got my tractor and I thought it was the cruise control, but found out the the large "B" shaped plate attached to your foward pedal (underneath the deck) could be lubed with some spray lithium grease and the sticking went away. Unfortunately, dust loves that grease too, so I have had to repeatedly clean and lube that plate (3 times) in the first 125 hours on my tractor. I'm hoping that with wear over time this problem will go away. It's been responsible for a couple of good scares already.
