TC33DA or 3320?

I recently ordered a 3320. It should be here early next week. All of my excitement for a new tractor has convinced my father that he needs a new tractor too! You should see the things he accomplishes with his old JD 318!

My decision to buy a John Deere was based solely on the reputation of my local dealer. I didn’t even consider another dealer.

My dad lives in a larger community and he has a personal relationship with both the New Holland and Deere dealers. My father will be using the tractor to mow about 3 acres of lawn, light landscaping, snow blowing, grading the 3500 foot gravel driveway, and some bucket work.

My dad is elderly and I do plan to take him to test both machines to determine if one is better for him.

Do any of you have opinions on either machine? Advantages or disadvantages of each?

the new hollands mid mount mowers are said to be a pain to remove and mount. And the vertical headlights are UGLY. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

For some reason the treadle pedle really bugs my knee, and I am not even old. My friend and his father came over today. Dad is a longtime equipment operator (ha's almost 80) He took a turn on my Deere hst amd now my friend is gonna kill me. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
