TC33D' wpm't start

Hello.. I am a dummy when it comes to diagnosing problems on tractors. Well, mine won't start, it just clicks. I have replaced the battery. Still no go. I have taken the starter and solenoid off and had them tested. They were good. Then the store told me to check the solenoid switch to ground to see if it is ignition. I am not sure how to do that . What else could be the problem. Thanks.

take a wire brush to clean the ground connection of the cable to the motor along with both battery post
