TC33D won\'t start
I have a 2001 Model TC33D with 85 hours on it. When I went to restart it there was an arcing sound and no dash lights or starter. In my case the main 30 amp fuse near the starter was blown. I called my dealer they initally recommended nothing except replacing the fuse. Over the next 30 or so starts I blew 5 fuses. Each time I went deeper looking for wire and connector problems finding nothing. I blew two fuses in a row and went to the dealer, the lead mechanic recommended removing the connector to the injection system to isolate the problem between starter or injection pump. I removed the injection wire and the fuse blew again, the dealer replaced the Solenoid under warranty, he said he had seen this problem once before to a TC33. So far so good. I will check some of the things mentioned in the other posts on this problem.
