TC33D & 60\" Rear Discharge MMM
Wow, everyone is buying their TC33's, and I'm envious, but I am still asking questions that my dealer can't answer. I've gotten some good answers from the folks at TBN about the upcoming 14LA loader, although my dealer can't seem to find out anything, and NH is even telling him that there isn't a new loader planned. I'm willing to get the 7308 FEL rather than wait some undetermined amount of time for the 14LA. My real question that I hope someone can answer is whether or not the 60" rear discharge MMM is compatible with the TC33D. Two dealers and a NH rep have said "NO", but no one can tell me why. The 60" side discharge MMM fits on both the TC24 and the TC33. The 60" rear discharge MMM fits on the TC24, but not the TC33. I have NH's MMM brouchure, but it only "recommends" which tractors each mower should be used. The brouchure even states that the 60" rear discharge MMM is compatible with the 7308 FEL. My dealer won't order this set-up, since if it doesn't work he would be stuck with the mower. Apparently sending a mower back to NH isn't an option. I know that the 60" MMM is wider than the 58" tread width of the R4's, so that shouldn't be the issue. Does anyone have any ideas or NH contacts that definitely know one way or the other? I only have a couple of days left to take advantage of the current promotion. If I can't get the rear discharge MMM, I may end-up getting the TC24D, but I really want to get the TC33D, it's a lot of tractor for the money.
I guess, while I'm at it...does anyone know if the 14LA will require any physical differences in the hydraulics or the mounting points. I thinker about ordering the tractor with the hydraulics and wait for the loader, but that's only if someone can answer this question with any confidence.
