Tc30 hydrostat problems

Has anyone had hydrostat problems on their new holland? Mine works fine doing easy work but fails under a load.. Any thoughts to check before I take it to the shop?

In what way does it fail? Please describe the symptoms.

It will vibrate in the foot pedal and be weak till the point of not moving. Then will go all the way out. Nothing on the foot pedal. And you can hold it down and in about 30 seconds might get a surge that is weak and will slightly pull the tractor. During all this tho the bucket controls work fine. The problem only occurs when trying to work it. Just taking it easy on it,it's just fine.
