Price Check TC26DA/TC30/TZ25DA pricing

I just got these quotes:

TC26DA 4WD/Hydro 12LA loader, Woods 6500 BH
$21,750 + 7% tax

TC30 9x3, AG tires, 7308 loader, Woods 7500 BH
$21,125 + 7% tax ( 0% for 60 months)

TZ25DA, 10LA loader, woods BH6000 BH
$17,200 + 7% tax

I've got to fit this machine into some tight spots, so the 26 or the TZ25 are attractive in that respect, but the TC30 would be nice for it's capabilities too.
A local Kubota dealer has the BX23 ( with loader and backhoe) for $15,500 + 7% tax....seems like that beats the TZ pretty handily unless someone knows something I don't.

Are these prices in the ballpark? This is with no haggling at all....is haggling even possible on NH tractors?

I can only comment about the TC 30. The total seems a little high. You could get the same deal in my area about $1,000 cheaper. I believe the total for my TC 30 with a 7308 fel and filled R4 tires was $14,200. I like all of your choices, so I would go with personal preference.
