TC21D's in Washington DC

I am in the middle of a road trip to Washington DC. Visiting . We were staying out of town a bit but near a Metro station. I noticed that every station that had any plaza surface area had 2 TC21D 's with snow plows on the front and spreaders on the rear. No cab but a lid. If I counted the stations , I bet there are close to 50. So lots of tractors show up in places besides the fields and woods.

Another NH in a strange place. I was just in Haiti at a very remote place, only accessible by boat. Low and behold A TC35-45 could not be sure which as it did not say. But I sure knew what I was looking at.
