I actually have a Case DX45, but was wondering if any of the TC owners have any insight in to adjusting the throttle lever? It had been super tight before so I loosened the nut on it and found a sweet spot that is loose enough for easily adjusting it, yet snug enough that it will hold RPM. Since I have purchased this tractor the first half of the throttle lever adjustment is just dead space. It doesn't start adjusting the RPM's until it's about half way up. At full throttle I am just above PTO speed or sometimes right at it. I was wondering if this was normal or if there was a way that it should be adjusted so that it begins changing the RPM once you start to raise the lever. I appreciate all of your help.
