tc 48 wont turn over

was using the tractor for about an hour, shut it off, about 5 minutes later it would not turn over, battery bench tested good, checked fuses and fusible link at starter, tractor has about 100 hours, noticed the glow plug light doesn't come on when key is turned to that position either, what do i do next

Check your battery cables for corrosion at the terminal ends but internally as well. check your ground as well for tightness and corrosion. Check all safety switches , seat, PTO, Neutral etc. be sure you are in neutral speed and gear and PTO is off and check your fuses if you have not yet done so...good luck
