Price Check tc 45d price

I have a tc 45d that is an 03 model and has 330 hours on it. How would i find out how much its worth? I have a feeling the dealers would not be to honest on what i could get for it. It is 4wd and has a 16la fel. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I think McMaster in Decatur might take that tractor on consignment, especially if you bought it from them. Otherwise, I think you could expect the value to be $21,500 to $22,000 depending on condition. It sounds to me like that tractor still has some warranty left to go with it, too. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

In St. Loius MO I was looking at a 2002 with 350 hours and it was priced at $18,900. It was a bit abused.

I am currently waiting on a TC45D trade-in for a March 2003 with 75 hours for around $19,000.

Jim may think these prices are too good to be true, but I've always planned about $2000 a year depreciation. Both of these are two years old in my book - at least tentatively in the dealers book.

Anything above $21,000 for a 45D would be hard to sell in MO.

There are a lot of variables in tractor pricing for used tractors. If you take a 300 hr tractor that looks really good and set it beside a new tractor selling for $25,000, then there is a chance you might get $21,500. In my case, I know I bought my 2001 model tractor for $21,900, so there is no way I would pay that price. It's all perspective.

Now here is a link to a place that has even higher prices just for the tractor without the 16LA loader. Does the price you are being quoted on that 2003 include the loader? If it does, you may have some Texas folks coming to MO to shop. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for the info. I had it up at McMaster recently and they quoted me somewhere around $15,750.for trade-in on a new 100 h.p.. I guess they don't need the buisness that bad. It has afew scatches on it, but nothing that a little polishing would'nt get out. I'll try to post some pic's soon. Maybe a tbn member needs a new tractor.

I have just purchased a rental unit from my dealer with 94 hours, 2004 TC45 DA with a new 16LA FEL, 1 set of rear remotes, hd bucket with tooth bar, grill guard, rear 3 point light and filled rear tires. I spent $20,500.00 on this unit. The tractor looked brand new.

$20,500 for a 2004 45DA with 90 hours sounds like a good deal. The 2003 45D (with 16LA loader) I am chasing should be about $2,000 less in my book (or about $18,500 that I was originally quoted). We will see tomorrow - the dealer said bring my checkbook.
