new holland tc- 35
I have a hydro TC-35 with approx. 1300 hrs.
I was turning some compost with the FEL when I noticed that the forward hydro foot pedal was creeping down slightly.
It would move just enough to slightly engage the hydro drive so that the tractor would creep forward even without touching the pedal.
It operates normally in forward and reverse when i step on either the pedal.
The only time it malfunctions is when I take my foot off the pedal and it moves forward very slowly.
It was getting dark and I had to be somewhere so I did not get a chance to take a good look at it.
I plan on taking a good look tomorow.
Anyone have any ideas on where I should start.

Read this reply to another thread. If you still have questions, I'll try to help more, but I think this will answer your question. It's a very easy adjustment to null-out the HST to the pedal neutral position.

Thanks for the link to the diagram Jinman.
I had some time today to take a close look at the tractor today.
It looks like the weld on the hydro shaft to large B shaped plate is broken.
I am going to attempt to weld it tomorow.
It looks like I may be able to weld it without disassembly.
I will post back and let you know how it turns out.

Thanks for the link Jinman.
What a mess.
I hope I can avoid removing the whole platform like you had to.
The weld that failed on my tractor is on the large B shaped plate not the hydro control shaft.
I can still move my tractor but the pedals are not tied together properly hence the creeping forward issue.
I am going to give it a go today and will let you know how I make out.
Thanks for the info.

The "large B shaped plate" is welded directly to the hydro control shaft.

I was able to weld the shaft back to the large b shaped plate with out removing the deck.
It was not the best looking weld of my career, but I think it will get the job done.
I did however have to adjust the pedals a bit to get to the neutral position.
Took it for a short test drive and all apears to be good.
Thanks for the help Jinman.

Good for you! I hope all your other weld joints are good. Everything down there is in a tight spot without much clearance.
