I have a tc30 new holland tractor. We blowed a hydralic line. when filled fluid and cranked tractor it blew the filter seal. Some one said it could be the high pressure value. We don't know where the value is.

If the filter is blowing it sounds like the filter is blocked. The filter is on the return (low pressure) side. If pressure is building there then replace the filter.
