Ditto what Murph said.
The TC30 give you more power at the engine and the PTO so you should be able to use a slightly larger implement than the TC24D. That might come in handy if you are pulling a rear blade or a box blade.
If you are mowing, I'd opt for the TC24 simply because it turns a bit tighter so it will make mowing easier. I don't know about the quality of cut and if it would be better than using a TC30, but it would likely be quicker to mow around your trees, house, and shrubs with the TC24 because of the advantage of greater manuverability. I use a 60" Befco Rear Finish Mower for mowing my fields, if I was to use this tractor for mowing near the house I would probably opt for a mid-mount mower, but that is not what I use it for so the rear mount suits me well and does a fine job. The rear mount also lets me back down the bank near the creek to mow that without getting the tractor into the water and lets me back up to some of the landscaping. Each has their own advantages, overall a MMM is probably easier to use?
As for snowblowing, I use a rear mounted 3pt Buhler Farm King 60" snow blower on the back of my TC24D and never ran into an issue of needing more power to blow the driveway or road clear. I find a front mount blower easier to use, and have one for my Cub Cadet, but the rear mounted blower was slightly less than 1/2 the price of the front mount NH model, it pops on and off the tractor in a few seconds, and we don't get so much snow that it makes enough difference that I would switch to the front mount.
