Price Check TC 29DA Price

I have been reading posts in the blue, orange, and green forums for the past several months. I am now starting to shop seriously and have recieved my first quote. I would appreciate any comments.

- TC29DA with R1 tires, 14LA FEL with 60" HD bucket and quick attach faceplate for $18,473 plus tax.

I will also be buying a box blade and grapple rake, but these have not been priced yet.

I am glad I found TBN, it has been a great education.

$ 18.550 was a number I was quoted at one point last month.

BTW, the TC33da was only 500 dollars more.

Try getting a quote from Corriher, also. Shipping may put it over the top, but the machine price should give you a good comparison. I would think shipping to you from NC would be in the $500 range. You can find a link to Corriher's website in the DEALERS tab at the top of the page.

I just purchased a TC33DA w/ the new Titan Turf Tires, 14LA FEL, Quick attach bucket, heavy duty cutting teeth, rear remote hydraulics, rear light, and 914 72" MMM, and 72" Woods rear blade with rubber cutting edge for $22,900.

I would estimate the break down as follows:
TC33DA $15,635
14LA $3,925
914 MMM $2,650
72" rear blade $450

or $19,560 for the tractor and FEL. Including about $550 for the teeth and remote.

I also got a quote from Corriher which was $1 below my local dealer before my dealer "threw in" the rear light, free delivery and demo (invaluable), and free on-site labor for the first 50 hour service.

The importance of a local dealer was really proven by my dealers time and effort with me not to mention I can call or stop in any time.

Any comments on the unit now that you have had it for a couple weeks?
I am looking at the 24 & 29DA this weekend. I'd rather wait till spring, but the 0% for 48 sounds interesting.
I'm between this and Kubota or Cub Cadet. What were your contenders and decisions?

Back in Feb I looked at a new 29DA with 14LA loader for $15,500 plus tax. They also had a TC-30 with R-4's and the 7308 loader for $14,750 plus tax, both machines had unloaded R-4's and 3x9 transmission. I went back about a month and a half later and the price was about $1500 higher on each tractor. I think the time of year may have had something to do with price, although steel has also really gone up. One thing you might try is harvest returns, this time of year there are a lot of tractors coming back. I was quoted about $14,500 for a 29D rental return with about 100 hrs and a new 7308 loader and the remainder of the warrenty in Sacramento. If I didn't already buy something else I might have got one.
