TC 18 No crank and no glow plug light

Curious if anyone has experienced a no crank and no glow plug light coming on? This has happen before and jiggling the levers and it started, but not this time. You go to start postion and nothing. Like I said I can see the light glow plug light is on very very dim.

Also has anyone had a bad whine cold in power steering area Sounds like a Pwr steering pump going out
