The door gasket problem is easily solved with some clear silicone and painters tape to hold the gasket as the silicone cures.
I have no idea why JD can't do this when they assemble the doors.

I agree it’s easy and that JD should do it at the factory, especially if asking $48k!

Well I went and looked at it.

I was somewhat unimpressed, especially with the door seals falling off both examples they had on the lot.

Hard pass on this one for me.
