My tailwheel got banged up; I did use heat and straightened it up but it didn't hold. This years first usage for my 6' Prefert brush hog and it tore loose from the 2 side straps meant to hold it. I took a 2x3 piece of tubing and cut a hole in it to house the new tail wheel tube. I ordered from a supplier an new tailwheel frame. The cost was fair but the shipping a wee bit high. I feel that this setup is much more stable-- a few picts of the build; it is working wonderful..
