Oil & Fuel TA357 fuel filter

Hi I have a TA357 that started losing power and dropping rpms. I was using it on rough ground and after a couple hrs it started having problems. This tractor had been sitting for a long time so I figured I probably stirred up sediment in the fuel tank. I changed the fuel filter in the sediment bowl but the tractor still would not run properly. This tractor also has a fuel filter down-line from the bowl filter that has a drain-cock and some wires coming out the bottom of it. After checking the lines I decided to bypass this filter to see how the tractor would run and sure enough it ran great without it. So now I need to replace this filter but I'm not sure what to ask for so I'm hoping someone can tell me if this filter is used on any domestic Iseki's/Massey's. I was thinking either a 1160 or 1260 Massey since these are the closest sizes. I have found so far that oil and air filters are the same as for the 1160 and the hyd filter is the same as the 1260. I'm including a picture of the fuel filter. Also was hoping someone could tell me whether the tap on the side of the filter housing that this filter screws into should be open or closed during normal operation. Thanks

Hi Found a filter to replace this one. It is a Farm fleet FS19608. This is the same filter that fits a 1994 Dodge with a 5.9 Cummins engine. Also found out that the "tap" on the housing is a primer. Gerry
