sx3100 mower

I finally sharped the blades on the belly mower on the sx3100. I took the deck off and ended up put a chain from bucket to the front middle roller bracket to lift it to get at the blade to remove them.

How does everyone else do it? I am tempted to add some hooks or eye bolts or something to the deck to hook the chain to.

Yes I have done it several times. I have hooks on my bucket. I use a chain and put it through both brackets toward the rear of the deck where the lift arms connect to it. Raise the bucket and I have access to under the deck. I just did it today as well and power washed under deck and put on new blades.
