Your tractor is fairly new model, check your operation manual it may have a neumatic spring adjustment already on the unit.

Several years ago a lot of guys were doing this with the seat from x-series L&G tractors, it's called the "SE" seat and is almost $500 or so. A search of the term "suspension" here in the JD forum should find the older threads.

I hear ya. I have a 2210 and the ride can be rough. Fortunately my "squishy" HDAP tires absord some of it. There were many many posts about upgrade and modifications to the 2210 seat, all of which raise the seat a bit higher which can be an issue for long legged species. The newest version of this tractor the 1023/1026 twins offer suspension seats but since they were completely redesigned in the rear I doubt that seat would fit a 2210 but haven't looked into it yet.

Good news. Took robber bumpers out from under seat and replaced them with 10 inch tire and tube. It smoothed the bumps. Great inexpensive fix. Used an old tire,tube from an old strowler
