Greetings:
I'm a 56-acre "farmer," of pine trees, some muscadine grapes and ... the sun. A place called Gillis Springs, GA.
I also just bought a new Kabuta L3200, replacing my Mitsubishi D-2350 tractor (too small for me), which I'll be selling for $3500 (with bush-hog) on Savannah, GA Craigslist in 10 days.
Here's my prototype, $87.50/sq. ft., 10KW solar powered home, which is designed to house both a family and a business under one roof:

It's a positive-energy home (makes more power than it uses) and fetches me a NEGATIVE power bill (every Dec. 31 I get about $850 from my utility, and I save $200 - $400 or so in power bills). It's the first solar-foil ceiling home in America, too, and as you can see, it's metal/concrete, so minimal maintenance. I built it in early 2008.
I've been tractoring (hedge-hogging) my wooded trails and in between my pines. I'll probably cultivate more grapes soon. And, I'll be clearing land with it for another experimental home in a couple years.
