STX38 intermitent pto clutch

I have a black deck STX38. I replaced the PTO clutch and cleaned the battery and ground connections but still the tractor will mow for a few minutes and then the clutch disengages. It will occasionally come back on for a while but will not keep running.

Any ideas?

Does anyone have a full wiring schematic?

I had put a new battery in before the problem started and did not charge it before I used it. I tried charging the battery and mowed the whole lawn without a problem. With the battery charged I have13.2 V not running and 13.6 V with engine running. This seems right to me I wished I had checked before charging the battery. Does anyone know what the voltage should be across the battery when running?
