STX 38 hood

Do any of you know where I can get a hood for a STX 38 gear drive, black deck mower. The fiberglass hood brackets have broken. Any help will be appreciated.

Frank I feel your pain. This subject makes my blood boil. I refuse to pay JD $195.00 for a piece of plastic. /w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif Just so happens I saw a Weed Eater brand el-cheapo rider today that had a much better type plastic hood on it.
