stump jumper size

I have a Bush Hog 3108 - 9' bush hog......I am needing to replace one of the stump jumpers......I am trying to avoid spending 500.00 for a factory replacement.....They are some online stores which have mush better pricing, problem is - they are smaller diameter...

mine is a 15 spline and has a circumference of 30" with 19.25" long blades....

question.......Could I purchase one of the more budget friendly pans that are 20" diameter and put on 24" blades?

I also understand that two blades turn CCW and other two turn CW - is this also correct?

Not likely. Look at the blades, if all are sharpened on the same edge, both spindles turn the same way.

here is what it looks like......i think I can replace with smaller diameter plate and add back longer blades
