if anyone out their knows what would cause a brake pedalon a 2001 lk 3054 not to feel any resistance and to not go down very far maybe a 1/2'' down and what maintnace items need to be done on a yearly bases

if it is the left pedal it may be seized up. the shaft goes through the transmission it does have a grease fitting under the transmission that is easy to overlook. the fitting sticks out of the case.
