Steering

I have a new Holland 16la, will not turn left or right. When I put bucket down and lift from end steering will work. When wheels are down it turns A little bit ,not much. Any help would be appreciated. John

Is 16la the tractor model or the loader? It sounds like the loader model. If your tractor has manual steering check the front tire air pressure. If it has power steering check the steering fluid level.
