Oil & Fuel Steering wheel hydraulic line leak

I'm leaking hydraulic fluid right where a hydraulic line enters the steering component. A minute crack in the flare is the cause. This is the third time I've replaced this line for the same reason. Is this a common problem? This is a 1996 B2400 hsd.

I know that this is an old post. But for future reference, I replaced the same line for the second time recently.
