Seems to not steer correctly
Steers hard
tires steer towards a bump, rock whenever you hit one
Steers if you raise the wheels off the ground
Fluids and filters changed

When you say seems to not steer correctly are you saying you turn the steering wheel and the wheels don’t turn?

Is it hard to turn the steering wheel when moving or sitting still? With the wheels off the ground it turns to the stops on both sides with no effort?

Seems to turn hard until the tractor runs for a long time,(warming up) I assume.

Yes and the wheels seem to float a bit when moving can’t stay in the line you are driving in.
If you hit a small sharp rise the wheels turn up hill abruptly.
Steering not steady

Could be getting air in the system. If you raise the wheels off the ground and cycle the steering full to both stops several times then try driving it may hold direction better. If so, I would be looking closely at the suction side of the pump. Some of these had what they called Super Steer. Do you have one cylinder or two that turns the wheels?

With the full hydraulic steering many different components could cause multiple problems.
Hard steering effort would lead to the steering motor or hydraulic supply.
Wandering points more to the steering motor.
A steering cylinder will often lead to having to constantly having to turn the wheel to keep the wheels in one position.

Let us see whether the OP is willing to answer a few questions to help us out?

Was there a problem prior to the fluid and filter change?

What replacement fluid did you use?

Is the rubber hose between the hydraulic pump and the steering pump collapsing during operation and starving the front pump (steering pump)?
Located on the right lower side of the engine.

Is it a supersteer model?

Does the 3 pt hitch raise smoothly or not?
