Steering and FEL issues

I have a Kubota L5450, has 750 hours. Over the past couples of hours of use the steering and FEL has been getting progressively worse. They both now need extra rpm's to get them to respond. Oil level is good, no visible leaks. I have not changed the hyd. oil since I have owned it. Is there a filter for it, as well a vent tube. Or am I looking at pump. Thanks for any ideas!

Is the fluid clean and clear, or dark and/or foamy?

Clean and clear. Back in the fall I did some work on my hydraulic splitter so I replaced with new fluid, so that added a lot of new fluid.
