had a seal / ring go out on an air compressor made by steele, give them a call up to get parts. they placed order and said someone one call back to take credit card number. ok.. wait a couple days, nothing so call them back and wait another 30 minutes on phone. to give credit card number. received parts 5 to 6 days later. wrong parts. call them up, waiting 30 minutes on hold before i get someone, and they said they would make a new order to get parts out to me. ok, call up 5 to 6 days later, waiting another 30 minutes on phone, asking were parts were. oh we are out of those parts. we will give you a call back in 3 to 4 days, to see about replacing air compressor, ok. call back 5 to 6 days later. oh, we issued a refund and should see credit on credit card in next couple days.

GGGRRRRR!!!!! 30 days, and most of it was nothing but a run around! and claims they would call me back but never did. and never actually giving me a truthful explanation! and still will most likely have to call them back or call credit card company to get credit back from them.
