To what do you all attribute your good health? Do you do anything unusual that you feel has kept you illness free?
I feel pretty fortunate. Other than my episode with sciatica nerve problems and a couple of kidney stones, I've never had an extended stay in the hospital. I try to eat healthy, exercise (light weight training & walking/jogging), don't smoke, drink very seldom.
So what's your secret? Anything out of the ordinary?
