Hey guys I have a little problem on my 7610 when I go to start it I let the glow plugs warm up for around 10 seconds and when I go to start it, it usually cranks for 10 seconds and then starts up. Once in a while it will start right up. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks

Is it that cold up there still?? In my area I use two seconds for glow plugs and in dead of winter I will go up to five and it always has fired up immediately.
I take it your 7610 is still under warranty and it looks like a trip to the dealer is needed.

I'm not sure of the mechanics of your ignition switch, but are you sure the glow plugs are warming up?
A while back someone posted a similar problem and it turned out they were turning the key to the first click, but not turning it a little past and making sure the glow plug indicator light was lighting up.

Just a thought.
