3-Point Hitch SpeeCo PHD fm TSC on a JD2520?

I bought a Countyline (SpeeCo) PHD with the 12" auger from TSC for my JD2520. I raise the 3ph up until the PHD arm touches the back of the tractor but the auger doesn't clear the ground. Any suggestions on how to configure the PHD and/or 3ph to get it to work? Thanks!

There are 4 or 5 holes in the PHD boom where the lift yoke bolts to, move the yoke closest to the tractor. If you have more than 1 upper link pin mounts move the end of boom down in lower hole. This will give maximum lift. Also check location of your lift links arms, see if you can move the lift links out towards end of the lift arms for more lift.

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm still short by about 1 foot. (I'm guessing operator error because I searched the forum and found a thread that described a similar problem - but they could at least get the auger mounted.) The PHD boom is right up against the mounting bracket for the ROPS that sits directly behind the seat. There is more than enough travel in the 3pt to go up far enough but there is no room left to go up.

I hate to here this cause I bought one a couple weeks ago for my 2520. Still in the crate. I ordered the Down Force Kit and just received it. I will try to get to this this week and give information on what I run into but the weather IS NOT COOPERATING.
Called my friend and we will try this Wednesday, if no down pour, and will try to let you know the results.

can't you fold the rops up and solve that problem???

Here is a picture of the PHD boom up against the mounting bracket. This PHD has four holes for attaching the boom to the lower arms. I need another foot for this thing to work. It looks like it is going back to TSC.

looks like two bolts and that bracket comes off...

there is no reason that phd won't work....

Take the bracket off and flip it over, rubber stop pointing up. You also have one more hole in the boom to move the lift yoke forward to get more lift from the lower lift arms. It should work, at least clear the ground with tip of the auger.
