I'm 69 years old and I live in North East Wisconsin.

I'm looking out the window and its 34 degrees and some water puddles around in the low spots on the side walk and driveway.

So I guess I'll go out and take the scoop shovel and get rid of some of the water before it freezes tonight, and get a little excersize.

We have a wind of 25 to 30 miles an hour that I didn't pay much attention to.

So on with the long underwear, some boots a heavy jacket hat and gloves, I'm good to go.

I get outside and that wind is cold and my eyes are starting to water really bad, then I sneeze a couple of times and the nose starts running.

I think its olg age because I'm miserable and finally after a few minutes I just go inside.

It makes me think when I was out here and it was like 10 degrees and the wind off the lake was blowing the snow around, I was in a heated cab out of the wind, nice and warm blowing snow.

I guess I needed this little reminder on how nice these heated cabs are for the little tractors. And the big ones also.:)

Heres the bride snowblowing this winter.

Used to do that too. Different story today, glad to have a cab when needed and realizing I can't do all the things I used to. Was a good investment to me, but still get dressed for it and go out for a while. Must just be habit or being hardhead.

Even a cab without heat beats no cab at all! Just getting out of the wind is a major factor in personal comfort.

I don't know, I kind of like the idea of roughing it.... If I had a cab my drink would get warm and what fun would that be?

Yep... I'm 10 years younger and I've had enough of the stiff joints and icicles hanging from my moustache!

I'm gonna have a cab tractor real soon!!
