Kubota 3200
I bought the Kubota spacer kit for my B3200 to allow for snow chain installation. I am going to install it myself, not because the dealer wanted too much to do it but because I don't have an easy way to get it there. I asked the parts clerk if the instructions are inside. I was told yes. I opened up the box when I got home and found only the packing list. I have the factory shop manual so I know the wheel torque settings but there is no mention of wheel spacers in the manual. I have searched youtube and this forum for install instructions but I haven't found anything.

The stock wheel mount has 5 regular wheel studs and the screw that goes from the outside in. The spacer kit has 12 new lugs that are threaded on both ends, one side has longer threads than the other. If anyone has a link to a good install post or video I would appreciate it.

Try the dealer again. CDA Tractor has always been helpful to me. Maybe go to the sales guys if Parts is not helpful.

I put Kubota wheel spacers on my B3350 today. Just finished. My kit fits B7800, B2710, B2910, B2630, B3030, B2650 and B3350. I expect that it is quite similar to your kit.

Instructions were inside the box of my Kubota kit.

Short threaded end of new wheel studs (20 mm) goes into axle flange. Torque spec for the studs is 72-83 FT/Lbs. This will be tough because you will need to double nut the studs to tighten them. I did not use a torque wrench on the studs. Torque spec for the wheel nuts is 145 - 166 Ft/Lbs. No way would I tighten them that tightly.

The worst part of the job for me was loosening the wheel nuts initially. I did not take the time to get out my impact wrench but instead used an 18", 3/4" drive ratchet/extender and 6 point impact socket. It was all that I could do to loosen the nuts and gloves were required.

Thanks, to both of you. I will give my sales guy a call for a copy of my directions and follow your tips.
