Somebody is getting fat for winter

Had a guest on the front porch the last week. He's been visiting on and off all summer. He leaves us alone, just walks away when the dogs start barking. We never leave the dogs outside unattended because of the bears.

We had another one about three weeks ago that went into a neighbors house during the night. Their daughter woke up to the sow in the hall. They locked themselves in the house and called for help. Our town is very bear friendly but that one went too far, /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif ending.

YIKES, thats getting close. I have a couple that size and one big one. I didn't realize how big untill a neighbor showed me some video recently. This old boy must be 400# and he's so old his muzzle is gray. As long as he keeps his distance he will live a happy happy life in the cedars /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Dave
